At D’Arcy’s A.R.C. you’ll find cats of every description within our shelter. We receive our cats from several main sources: - The Winnipeg Humane Society provides cats who have run out of time in the adoption centre, do not fit certain health criteria for their adoption program or who cannot be housed due to lack of space
- Citizens turn in stray or abandoned cats roaming at large
- Veterinary clinics turn over abandoned cats and unwanted litters that they receive
